I think he was being a little conservative there, but as the question pertained directly to XRP, I think he did the right thing. Flare’s not out yet anyway. Flare is a blockchain of its own with smart contract capability that inter operates with the XRP ledger (XRPL). XRP wasn’t built for DeFi, but Flare will offer smart contract capability to the Turing Incomplete Cryptos like XRP, LTC, DOGE, BTC, XLM, and any other ones they think of later.

The tech-heavy gauge earlier fell by more than 1% as Treasury yields rose ahead of the policy update.
